Dr. Lucille Gambardella is a nurse educator/leader with over 40 years of experience as a Department Chair, full professor and psychiatric/mental health clinical specialist in the nursing practice world. Certified as a nurse educator and a Fellow of the Academy of Nurse Educators, Lucille is a speaker at national and international nursing events and has conducted research and published in the areas of depression in women, the effects of deployment on military marriage, and the phenomenon of emotional bankruptcy. Dr. Gambardella is skilled in curriculum development and assessment, accreditation preparation, certification preparation, test construction and item writing. Her work in faculty development is a unique approach to improving faculty performance through a relationship focus.

Dr. Karen L. Panunto
Dr. Panunto is an experienced nurse educator who is skilled in the areas of NCLEX preparation, leadership building and simulation learning. She has presented nationally and will provide students and faculty alike with exciting, interactive consultation sessions that improve learning outcomes.
